DO:
- Stay calm and keep your distance from the animal
- Close doors to contain the animal if possible
- Remove pets and children from the area
- Turn on lights in the area
- Take photos/video if safely possible
- Call our emergency hotline immediately
DON'T:
- Attempt to handle or corner the animal
- Use brooms, sticks, or other tools
- Block all exits (animals need escape routes)
- Make loud noises or sudden movements
- Try to feed or calm the animal
- Touch any surfaces the animal contacted
