Animal in Living Space
A raccoon in your kitchen, a bat in your bedroom, or a snake in your living room requires immediate attention.
Aggressive Animal
If an animal is acting aggressively and posing a direct threat to people or pets, call us immediately.
Sick or Injured Wildlife
Animals behaving unusually may be sick or injured, posing a potential health risk that needs professional handling.
What To Do Until We Arrive
Bat in the Bedroom?
DO NOT lose sight of it. If a bat is flying in your living space:
- Close the doors to confine it to one room.
- Place a towel under the door gap (they can crawl under).
- Do not open a window (we need to catch it to test for rabies if there was human contact).
- Call us immediately.
Snake in the House?
Keep your distance, but keep eyes on it.
- Snakes are masters of hiding. If you look away for 2 minutes, it will vanish into a vent or behind a cabinet.
- Take a photo from a safe distance (helps us ID the species).
- Isolate pets and children in another room.
- Wait for our technician.
